Molly Marcus Psychotherapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step- especially if you’re used to holding it together on the outside while things feel overwhelming underneath.
I work with people who feel deeply, think a lot, and sometimes get stuck in patterns that don’t actually match who they want to be. You might find yourself overthinking, shutting down, getting pulled into intense emotions, or struggling in relationships, even when part of you knows better.
In our work together, we focus on both understanding why these patterns exist and building real, practical ways to shift them. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which means we’re not just talking - we’re actively working on tools to help you regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.
My style is collaborative, direct, and non-judgmental. I’m not here to “fix” you, I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, feel more in control of your emotions, and move toward a life that actually feels like yours. The goal of therapy is to help you find relief from what’s weighing on you, while building the clarity, emotional steadiness, and skills to navigate your life and relationships in a way that actually feels aligned with who you are.
